PRIOR TO ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES, IT IS IMPARATIVE THAT YOU THOROUGHLY REVIEW THIS USER AGREEMENT. THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE OPERATOR.
Welcome to Juan365. By registering, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Join?
You must be 21 years of age or older.
You cannot be a member of certain restricted groups, including but not limited to: government officials, military/police personnel, PAGCOR employees, their immediate families, students, or individuals on the National Database of Restricted Persons.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Juan365 is not liable for any false information you provide and can deny or terminate your membership at its discretion.
2. Your Personal Information (Privacy & Data)
We collect your personal information as required by Philippine law (PAGCOR) and to provide our services.
By registering, you consent to us using and sharing your data with trusted partners for purposes like:
Securing your account and managing risk.
Providing customer support, processing transactions, and improving our services.
Administering promotions and prizes.
We protect your data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, we are not liable for data breaches caused by events beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks).
Your data is stored in the Philippines and is kept while your account is active and for at least one year after your last login, or longer if required by law.

3. Communication
We may send you administrative, regulatory, and promotional messages via email, SMS, or social media.
You can opt out of marketing messages in your account settings, but you will still receive essential administrative notices that you cannot opt out of.
Juan365 is not responsible for failed or delayed messages caused by third-party services.
4. Account Funding, Withdrawals, and Security
₱1 – ₱50,000: 1-3 business day
₱50,001 – ₱500,000: 3-5 business days
₱500,001 and above: 5-10 business days
Delays may occur due to third-party provider issues or maintenance. You must report any missing deposits promptly.
Juan365 is not liable for delays or failures caused by insufficient funds, incorrect information you provide, system issues you were informed about, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)
You must complete the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal or within 3 days of registering, whichever comes first.
Failure to do so will result in your account being frozen. You must contact customer support to reactivate it. Juan 365 is not liable for losses due to a frozen account.
6. Gameplay Rules
The game rules and mechanics are binding. Juan365 can change these rules at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
Juan365 has the final say on all game outcomes. Our internal system records are the ultimate authority in any dispute. Challenges will only be considered if you can prove a technical error on our end that was not your fault.
7. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated immediately if you:
Are underage or belong to a restricted group.
Maintain multiple accounts (only one account per person is allowed).
Abuse promotions or engage in fraudulent activities.
Use bots, automated software, or cheat in any way.
Are suspected of money laundering or other illegal activities.
If your account is terminated for being ineligible, any funds in it will be forfeited to the government.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Juan365 complies with Philippine AML laws.
You agree to our customer verification checks and transaction monitoring.
We will maintain records of your transactions as required by law and may disclose them to authorities if mandated.
You must cooperate with any official investigations. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you are suspected of illicit activities.
9. Changes to These Terms
Juan365 can change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. We are not required to notify you in advance. Your continued use of the platform means you accept all updates.
